Roles and Responsibilities
-Modeling, overlays, renderings, animations, and other drafting (as needed)
-Coordination, including constructability reviews and clash detections
-Data export, including quantity takeoffs and coordination exhibit generation
-Clash report issuance and participation during coordination meetings
Required Experience:
-3+ years of Revit and Navisworks
-1+ years of AutoCAD
-3+ years working in Architecture/Engineering or Construction related field
A Successful candidate must have
-Must speaking, read and writing fluent English
-Able to read construction plans and translate to 3D modeling
-Basic understanding of commercial building systems, including structural, architectural, and MEP-LV
-Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications and other construction documents (2-years -minimum professional experience)
-Experience with the following Software: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Archicad
Proficient with
-MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
