UX Designer (Webflow Certified) | Work from Home | 1-3 years experience
 
This position is a Work from Home setup. This will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  
Must have own computer and stable internet connection.
JOB DESCRIPTION  
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their goals, and pain points.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Webflow to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
Develop user flows, information architecture, and navigation models to optimize user journeys.
Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best practices.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs in Webflow.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and Webflow.
Communicate design decisions and present design solutions to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the final product meets design and functionality requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on web design and development.
Webflow certification is required, demonstrating proficiency in using Webflow as a design and development tool.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects, with an emphasis on Webflow-based work.
Proficiency in user research techniques, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a good understanding of Webflow's capabilities.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.
Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
