These include New Hire Training, Compliance Trainings, Refresher Courses, Specialty Trainings, Continuing Educations, Cross-Trainings, etc Creates interactive and effective training presentations Creates documents for, maintains and organizes HC Training Library Maintains the HC Compliance standards according to the company policies and procedures, US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Utilization Review Accreditation Committee (URAC) Assists in accreditation requirements accomplishment Qualifications: USRN License is required Expert in client-specific workflows and guidelines, case handling, TAT and compliance goals Ability to handle confidential information Expert in Microsoft Office applications with excellent computer skills. With excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; proactive and productive. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; with firm foundation on English grammar and composition and with strong public speaking ability
