Position Summary: The main task of this role is to provide usage information and analysis to help the sales & proposition team in understanding the usage incurred by their clients. Also, this role will be working on the Overusage report that aims to identify the different users & firms that are using our products beyond their contractual limits. Responsibilities / Accountabilities Create and publish reports & dashboards using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau and other analytics and visualization tools. Perform analysis and fulfill various data requests Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards Prepare monthly & quarterly reports and dashboards for usage stakeholders Provide support to Usage Manager for on-going projects and in creating new stakeholder report Engagement with stakeholder across Sales & Account Management and Proposition teams by providing product usage statistics Partnership with Sales, Proposition and Product team to help identify any products/firms at risk of cancellation. Occasionally works with external Refinitiv customers for their product usage requirement Ensure accurate and timely delivery of usage reports and dashboards Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. Reporting and Analytics experience Advanced MS Excel knowledge Knowledge using Salesforce and Business Objects Excellent planning, administration and organization skills Proven analytical skills Proven understanding of support processes and methods of working Strong interpersonal skills with all level of staff Self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic (able to respond to changing priorities) and able to work with minimal supervision (commitment to deliver to agreed timescales) Extensive experience of identifying and capturing client requirements then writing functional specifications for reporting purposes Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with both business and technology teams Willing to work on a US/EMEA shift At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
