ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a Tax Specialist internally known as Personal Property Tax Consultant to join their team. This role will handle all processes involving personal property tax returns, and assist with reviews, invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM Central Daylight Time (9 AM - 6 PM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
File personal property tax returns
Request information as needed
Review values associated with returns
Assist with accepting values
Appeal and prepare packets
Handle invoicing, reporting, and tax bills
Manage events
Conduct document reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
At least two years of experience in a similar type of working environment is preferable
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel especially of V-Lookups
Experience in a multi-client environment
Strong organization, and excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical skills with particular attention to detail and follow-through are extremely important
Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
Ability to function in an autonomous environment-independent worker, self-directed
