The role: US Talent Acquisition Supervisor(Administration) The successful candidate will oversee and mentor a team Recruitment Specialists. The Supervisor will also ensure high quality service and stakeholder satisfaction through its team effective delivery to agreed timescales of scheduling and onboarding qualified candidates. Supervises TA Operations team members, including but not limited to, hiring, training, coaching, career development, performance management and compensation decisions. Manages client expectations and will be the primary escalation for complex cases requiring special handling. Implements business processes and adheres to compliance/regulatory changes to support the business. Utilizes case management reporting tools to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and/or exceeded develops management tools/reports if needed. Supports and manage projects as well as relationships with internal partners and external vendors. Manages any system changes/enhancements with external vendors in partnership with internal stakeholders. Develops and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), case tracking accuracy, operational oversight, communications, and documentation to support HRS quality initiatives. Ensures operations team adheres to compliance/regulatory/company policies to ensure Company compliance and minimize risk. Collaborates with internal HRS departments as well as HR partners and COEs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. What you need to have: Bachelor's degree holders with strong academic track-record Seasoned Leader in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Experienced handling large teams (10+ members) Strong leadership, people and client management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and guide colleagues across multiple shifts Effective and Accurate reporting skills Has project management experience Proficiency with HRIS and ATS Systems.
