Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring a balanced pipeline of candidates
Provide appropriate sourcing strategies
Proactively source candidate resumes through advertising, company database, internet database searching, and candidate networking
Provide support, maintenance, review, and update of recruitment database
Attend intake and calibration meetings to lead partner expectations, conferences, and other appointments related to recruitment
Ensure strict compliance with recruitment standards and proactive recruitment processes in place
Coordinate with recruitment specialists and managers in regard to applicants' interview schedule, job offer negotiation, and background checks
Supports team in handling requisitions
Requirements:
Proficient in English
Confident in verbal and written communication channels
Professional written communication and recruiting-targeted marketing skills
Proficient in using LinkedIn (Boolean Search) and other networking techniques
Proactive nature, self-motivated, highly inventive
