Job Description
You will be working closely with our US Recruiting team to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various US-based roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify top talent to join their teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and other platforms
screening potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization
maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement continuously
Requirements:
with a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a US sourcing/recruiting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
has demonstrated experience sourcing and selecting candidates through different channels
has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Excel
amenable to working on shifts
