Position Summary
Looking for talented senior auditors in CPA Firm primarily for public company financial statement audits and reviews and other assurance engagements. You will manage commercial engagements from planning to completion, perform technical research and analysis and establish and maintain client relationships. Good oral and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities needed
Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years financial statement auditing experience with 2 of those years as an in-charge auditor managing financial statement audit and review engagements from planning to completion.
-Experience using Microsoft office products; primarily excel and word and outlook email.
-Experience using paperless audit software. We use the Thomson Reuters Advanceflow product which is in the cloud, but any experience would suffice.
-Experience using Practitioners Publishing Company (PPC) audit tools forms and checklists is a plus but not required.
-Strong written and oral communication skills in English language required.
-Experience auditing complex debt and equity transactions would be a plus.
-Ability to review the client company financial statements and provide comments to the client as part of the concluding procedures of the audit or review.'
-Ability to conduct accounting and auditing technical research.
-CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
