As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will prepare financial reports, perform research and analysis, maintain the general ledger, perform transaction reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.
 
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work Onsite (Cebu/Manila) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Entering vendor bills
Entering accounts receivable
Entering credit cards
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
Payroll entries
1099 filing
Keeping track of fixed assets
Balance sheet reconciliations
Running financial reports
Performing cash flow projections with an understanding of the difference between cash and accrual basis accounting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of solid bookkeeping experience in an accounting or accounting services firm or multi-entity company.
Strong accounting and GAAP knowledge.
Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
