Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in nursing and have a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Giga/Ortigas.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that transactions are processed per the Desktop procedures
Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA(Service level agreement) and Internal standards
Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
