Responsibilities:
The US Recruiter will be tasked to source for qualified candidates in a high-volume, online-based, centralized recruiting environment.
Collaborating with Staffing Managers in various recruiting functions such as resume sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling applicant interviews, conducting job offers and administering onboarding/hire paperwork.
Salary and Perks:
P18,000 to P37,000 base salary (depends on relevant experience)
*Monthly commissions, perfect attendance incentive, night differential
18 VLs, 12 SLs (convertible to cash)
Medical/HMO benefits
Free shuttle service
Free snacks and coffee
Fixed schedule with weekends off
Fun in-office activities
Bachelor's/College degree preferred. BPO or recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of education
Experience in offshore or US recruitment a big plus
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work on a graveyard shift (12MN to 9AM)
Amenable to work in Mckinley West, Taguig City
