Job Description:
Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews
Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.
Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building.
Recommend additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
Job Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of extensive working experience in the related field.
End-to-end US recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, job offer, negotiating, onboarding and closing of candidates.
Strong IT recruiting background and experience proven track record in placing/hiring candidates.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
