• Full cycle monthly payroll processing
• Collaborate with site managers and leadership to ensure payroll records, regular and bonus calculations, and currency exchange calculations are accurate
• Reconcile payroll registers to general ledger entries
• Provide feedback and guidance to external (local in-country) payroll providers to ensure consistent coding and accounting entry of payroll expense categories.
• Continuously review HCM records and payroll processing templates to ensure pay practices are consistently carried out in accordance with internal policy and local regulations within each country of operation
• Proactively utilize Payroll Case Management system to capture and resolve incoming requests within established Service Level Agreements.
• Coordinate time-sensitive funding activities for 10 entities' monthly payroll cycle, as well-off cycle ad-hoc payments.
• Maintain accurate internal records and comply with retention requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a similar field of study with 5+ years of direct experience.
• MS Excel intermediate/advanced skill
• Experience creating financial reconciliations, forecast and other complex spreadsheet files
• EMEA/APAC experience f0r International Payroll
