Our mission is to streamline healthcare delivery through top-tier virtual staffing solutions.We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Medical Biller with strong knowledge of insurance claims, collections, and revenue cycle management to join our team.Key Responsibilities
Submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies (electronic & paper)
Review and resolve claim denials, rejections, and appeals
Post insurance and patient payments into the EHR/PM system
Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims to ensure timely reimbursement
Prepare patient statements and handle billing inquiries professionally
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines
Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to optimize revenue cycle
Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of experience as a US healthcare medical biller
Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding basics
Familiarity with clearinghouses, insurance portals, and ERA/EOB reconciliation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with major EMR/PM systems (Athena, Kareo, DrChrono, etc.) preferred
Excellent verbal and written English (C1/C2 level required)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Availability to work full-time during CST, EST, or PT

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or higher (genuine, 32/64-bit)
Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD equivalent
RAM: Minimum 8GB
Internet: Wired DSL/Fiber, at least 50 Mbps (No LTE connections accepted)
Headset: USB noise-canceling mic (Plantronics Audio 628 recommended)
Webcam: HD 720p/1080p (A4Tech PK-910H recommended)
Monitor: External monitor (17", 19", or 22")

$5/hr during the first 3 months (probation)
$6/hr after 3 months (top performers earn $800$1000/month)
