Responsibilities
Expense and Revenue Coding & Analysis for Growth and Established Clients
Daily and month end bank reconciliations
Balance Sheet reconciliation
Bill Processing
Assist in Corporate Compliance
Running Bi-weekly Payroll
Corporate Compliance
Assisting in Quarterly Tax Estimates
Assist in preparing Cash Flows, Budgets and Forecasting
Assist in preparing Client Financials
Requirements
Strong understanding of General bookkeeping principles.
At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience (US Account)
Entertainment industry experience would be ideal.
Experience working with the following:
QuickBooks online (Accounting Software), Relay (Bank Bills Payment), Karbon (Practice Management), Reach Reporting (Financial Reporting), Pro-Series (Tax)
Extremely organized
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
