o Component knowledge. (i.e: Intel i7 7700K uses what socket, what type of memory, which chipset.)
o Basic computer component terminology (24-pin, 8-pin, SATA, and Molex cables. Fan RPM, static pressure, CFM, HIDS etc.)
o Communication Skill (i.e: Product / software walkthrough)
· Strictly handled hardware/Desktop Support or SME level for Dell, HP, IBM, etc.
· Above average communication skills
· 10 full time positions
· 2nd year at least in college
· Shifting schedule
· Salary is package is around 25-30k Package depends on Experience."
