checks history and documents of accounts with penalties and still to be transferred
checks if the DOAS submitted by DCMG has correct EWT and remitted in the correct month
computes DST and Transfer Tax for accounts to be transferred
prepares PRF for RD and IT Fees
sending list of accounts ready for notarization to B& C
photocopies 1606
