JOB DESCRIPTION:
Examines documents and financial records of the company to determine proper taxes.
Reviews tax returns to ensure correct and timely submission.
Provides support with tax-related projects.
Monitors development in tax laws and regulations.
Makes recommendation for regulatory compliance and tax efficiency.
Handles BIR Audit.
Manages and mentors members of the team.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Taxation or equivalent.
Experience in BIR coordination is an advantage.
With strong analytical and research skills.
Can work independently or with others in a team.
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in spreadsheet and accounting system.
