Summary of responsibility:
Estimate a person-hours or scale for the development items.
Design, coding, unit testing, joint testing, debug and bug fixing.
Review requirements, design, source code, test specification and products deliverables.
Technical investigation and feasibility check
Provide the status of progress and defect.
Gather and share the information for related development.
Track the change history for each release.
Propose development process improvement.
Education / Experience:
Graduate of any computer-related course. 
Required Skills: C#, Visual Studio, Java, Javascript (Optional: React, Angular, Vue), HTML, CSS
Experience/knowledge with the following is a plus: Micro-service architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Git Ci/CD, Play framework, .Net Core, Azure/AWS, Scala
Working in web/PC software development is a plus.
