Primary Responsibilities as an IT and Cloud Support Engineer in Fusion CX Cebu team:
Engage directly with customers in response to ticket requests.
Account resets
Set up new user accounts
Decommission user accounts
Windows and Mac support
Mobile device support
Endpoint protection agent installation and troubleshooting
Report observations on management that could enhance customer experience.
Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and provide timely updates on progress to project management and management team.
 
Technical Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with expertise in:
Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) account administration
Microsoft 365 support and administration
Language Skills: Fluent in English
 
Desired Technical Experience:
Endpoint protection administration
Mobile device management administration
Required Non-Technical Experience:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management skills
Multi-tasking and task prioritization skills
Desired Certifications (not required)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
