JOB OVERVIEW
Handles the relationship with clients, recommends improvements to existing sales strategies, and prepares sales reports.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products/services.
Improving and sustaining existing client relationships.
Answering inquiries and developing leads.
Maintaining accurate sales reports through SAP.
Preparing invoices and receiving payments from clients.
Coordinating complex problems with other relevant Units such as Inventory, Logistics, Regulatory, and Research and Development.
Monitoring and reminding clients to settle remaining balances.
Ensures all implemented RULES and REGULATIONS/GUIDELINES are followed for the development of the company.
Accepts other company related activities or any tasks may be assigned by the MANAGEMENT/DEPARTMENT HEAD/SUPERVISOR from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree holder in IT or Business-related courses or other relevant fields is preferred.
Must have at least 3 years of work experience in accounting or sale.
Proficient in the English language both written and oral.
Knowledgeable in using MS office.
Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage.
