Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and assess raw materials, in-process products, and finished furniture for quality and consistency.
Develop and implement quality standards for production processes.
Identify areas for improvement and work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and findings.
Ensure compliance with company specifications and industry standards.
In-charge of in-house and job-out contractors.
Qualifications:
At least two years in college or a graduate of any vocational course related to the industry such as but not limited to drafting, carpentry, furniture making, etc.
With at least two years experiences in furniture manufacturing.
Proven experience in quality control or a similar role, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
Knowledge of mixed media materials (wood, metal, leather, stone, etc.) and production techniques is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
