Special Knowledge skills: Knowledge of the RECRUITMENT and SELECTION of personnel.
JD:
-Lead/SUPERVISE the whole HR Team on all HR related matters
*Oversee and/or implement an effective Recruitment and Selection Process
*Assist in development and/or implementation of HR policies
*Monitoring and controlling such HR policies to ensure staff compliance
*Prepare Weekly/Monthly Reports on HR issues
*Provide direct assistance to all HR Team members when appropriate
*Support and/or assist the Manager if needed
*Other tasks as assigned
