RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HUB Supervisor is responsible for executing daily HUB operations, ensuring efficiency in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse coordination. This role supervises inbound and outbound logistics, addresses operational issues, and ensures compliance with safety standards. The HUB Supervisor directly oversees warehouse teams to maintain seamless execution of HUB activities.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required, depending on experience).
Relevant certifications in warehouse management, logistics operations, or supply chain processes are a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
Strong hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping.
Experience in team supervision, workload delegation, and warehouse safety compliance
Familiarity with logistics software, inventory tracking systems, and reporting tools.
Ability to analyze KPIs, identify process improvements, and implement efficiency measures.
