Assist the client and provide service on varied administrative tasks and complex clerical work maintaining initiative and independent judgment. These include general administrative work such as data processing, formatting, editing and proofing Word document, PowerPoint or Spreadsheets, creation of posters, flyers and newsletters and template creation, create billing statement and/or modify invoices in a secured client system; calendar management that includes arranging meetings, conferences, for the client and email and contact management. Assist the client in creation of expenses reports.
Arrange meetings, conferences, for the client
Keep track or update calendar and daily schedule of client
Create, format, edit and proofread Word document, PowerPoint presentation and Spreadsheets based on guidelines and standards or specific instructions relayed by the Client
Create template, posters, brochures, flyers and newsletters based on guidelines and standards or specific instructions relayed by the Client
Process document support jobs that require advanced MSO skills as needed
Create billing statement and/or modify invoices in a secured client system
Create expenses reports
Manage/sort emails, reply and notify client of those that need their attention
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience is desired for this position.
BPO Admin Experience or Virtual Admin Experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills
Highly analytical and very keen with details
Excellent MS Office proficiency (Work, Excel, PPT) is required
Adherence to client specifications and templates
Experience conducting internet searches using Google
Applicants must be willing to work on night shift, weekends, and Philippine holidays
WORK SETUP: onsite work
WORK LOCATION: Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City
