Job Urgent Hiring
Position: Vietnamese Client Support Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC Taguig City / Pasay City
Salary: PHP75,000 - PHP82,000

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in monitoring and tracking customer files
• Attends to customer's needs by answering product and service related queries
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs
• Perform other duties assigned.
