Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Knowledge/experience in other technical roles is an advantage.

Knowledge of active directories is an advantage.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting is an advantage.
Knowledge of hardware and software basic solutions.
Be able to maintain internal error logs and provide support.
Willing to work on-site.
Willing to start immediately.
What are you expected to do?
Perform analysis on designated hardware and software.
Resolution of errors and documentation of system performance.
Ensure hardware compatibility with the software.
Perform tests and troubleshoot issues.
