Job responsibilities:
Will act as POCs for non-select Tier 1 accounts and non-top accounts/ customers for after-sales services
Coordinate with the Tier 1 SWAT Resolution Team or other resolver teams to resolve issues for customers with priority.
Initiate problem management based on customer complaints/reports to trigger Service Improvement Plan, as needed.
Leads performance review meetings with internal and external customers, including preparation of SLA reports and deep dive analysis of incidents, upon customer requests.
Collaboration with resolver groups to finalize Incident Report and Post Mortem Analysis; upon request or as-needed, provide recommendations and coordinate with resolver groups to address customer problem and/or pain points based on a definite timeline
Assist for all aftersales interactions (via email and occasional calls); gather customer concerns/issues and collaborate to support teams for resolution.
Investigating and solving customers' complex and long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants and account managers
Job requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Licensed Telco Engineer is a plus
Experienced candidate specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication, preferred but not required.
BS ECE fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good to excellent communication skills in both English & Filipino.
Must be willing to do other ad-hoc tasks
Willing to report onsite (Taguig) if needed.
