We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / ID Detailer to lead the design, planning, and execution of high-quality architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, creative vision, and leadership skills to guide projects from concept through completion.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design from concept development to construction documentation
Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure designs meet client requirements, building codes, and regulatory standards
Oversee junior architects and provide mentorship and technical guidance
Review drawings, specifications, and materials for quality and compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
Licensed Architect (or eligibility for licensure preferred)
8+ years of professional architectural experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical excellence
Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
