Sales Development Representative (Outbound Support Representative) demonstrates their sales skills to our clients
Scope of Job responsibilities:
» Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, and persuading potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation.
» Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
» Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
» Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services or request donations for charitable causes.
» Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
» Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
» Adjust sales scripts better to target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
» Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
» Conduct clients or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
» Other tasks that are assigned by the manager or CEO
Requirements:
Appropriate qualifications:
» High school/Vocational graduates are welcome to apply (must have an accumulated six months total of work practice)
» Should be of legal age.
» Excellent communications skills.
» Amenable to work in an office-located setup.
» Sales/Marketing practice is a plus but not required!
