As a Remote Healthcare Professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality care, managing patient records, and coordinating with our offices in America.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Patient Care:
Conduct virtual patient assessments and consultations.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
Charting and Documentation:
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required paperwork.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate with the US-based team to schedule patient appointments and ensure seamless care delivery.
Manage your own schedule to balance patient care, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Maintain open and honest communication with the US-based team.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, NP, PA)
Strong clinical skills and experience in home health or hospice care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic health records and telemedicine platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
