RECRUITMENT AND HR ADMIN STAFF
 
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct in depth interviews for candidates of vacant positions;
Facilitates job posting of vacancies
Assists in screening of applicants and scheduling for exams and interviews.
Works with management to identify job requirements, updates account on hiring progress while meeting headcount requirement
Maintains accurate and updated recruitment trackers.
Receive, screen and file incoming resumes, background / reference checks
Assists in the onboarding process of candidates
Performs timekeeping duties.
Performs data management and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Facilitates inventory of assets (e.g. trainee/visitor IDs, locker keys, chairs, water, etc.).
Drafts and disseminates memorandums for disciplinary action.
Maintains an updated memorandum tracker.
Assists in sending show cause memo via registered mail.
Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
University degree in Psychology/Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in BPO/volume recruitment with no less than 2-years work experience
Able to work with a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables. Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.
Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong working knowledge of standard recruiting procedures.
