(1) PROJECT DOCUMENTATION SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
Has means of transportation (car/motorcycle) for easy mobility.
Graduate of any 4-year course.
Knowledge and proven experience in processing Permits and Licenses, Certificate of Title, and License to Sell are advantages but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Ability to use productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document creation and management.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Problem-solving skills to address document-related issues and propose solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Collating of the requirements for Tax Declaration Application for - Land & Bldg.
Assist during ocular site inspection with Inspector of Assessors
Process to the Office for the Building Tax Declaration
Process, collate and submit tax declaration conversion
In charge of payment and processing for BIR 1606 & 2000OT
Docketing of requirement per folder/buyer for BIR Entry for e-CAR
In charge for the docket submission per buyers for the BIR Entry
In charge for the computation /assessment of Fees for the
Transfer Tax needed for Conversion
In charge for the Title Transfer from SLRDI to Buyers Name
Processing of Transfer of Tax Dec
Secure Assessment of Fees for the Real Property Tax (RPT) payment
Assist to secure the Building Permit Application
Assist during site Inspection for Building Permit for the purpose of verifying house development
Assist to secure the Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC)
Assist during ocular site Inspection for FSEC
Assist to secure the Occupancy Permit Application
Assist during site Inspection for Occupancy Permit Application for the purpose of verifying house completion
Assist to secure the Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
Assist during ocular site Inspection for FSEC
In charge for the submission for MDDR Annotation
In charge for the Deed of Donation (Road Lot and Community facilities)
In charge for the Annotation of Titles (Road Lot and Community facilities)
Road Right of Way Concern
Computation of Tax Declaration Transfer
Ensure timely submission of status reports on titlte transfer amd other transactions handled moving forward
