Responsibilities:
Responsible in providing technical support in developing applications
Escalate developer concerns to the next level
Troubleshoot technical inquiries
Used his knowledge in programming language (Java, PHP, .net and others) to develop an applications
Explaining the procedure on how the applications was developed
Requirements:
Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
Fluent in both Polish and English
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net and other Programming Languages
Amenable to work in shifting scheduleWilling to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
