Urgent Hiring: Online Marketing Director | One of a Kind Opportunity
CeNix Web Development Services, a BPO affiliate of U.S. based World Wide Data Link, Inc., is an international web development company with 25 years of experience and stability since 1995 – currently operating 16 offices around the world in 9 different countries throughout North America, Asia, Europe, and South America - including Cebu City.
We currently have URGENT, immediate openings for individuals with extensive Social Media/Online Marketing experience who have nearly NATIVE English skills. We have a position available for an Online Marketing Director for our department and also qualified shift/team leaders with solid experience and leadership skills. We are aggressively expanding our marketing department and its capabilities in our new 260 sq. meter office near Ayala.
This is NOT a virtual, freelance from home position. MUST be in the office daily to interact with our teams.

JOB OVERVIEW:
You will work with upper management and our marketing team to implement social media and other online marketing strategies to develop more than 60 (and growing) websites and brands.
You will interact with our Web Design, Graphics, Writers, and Video teams to develop and implement content and strategies (our other departments are set up to fully support our marketing team).
Will assist in developing, monitoring, and managing the flow and priority of marketing content for our specific brands and sites.
Organize, train, monitor, and develop our marketing team of 15 - 20 agents on 2 shifts.
Ongoing analysis and reporting of team performance, production, and individual staff.
Work with our Data Manager for ongoing analysis and reporting of our marketing strategies. Work with upper management to modify and develop new strategies.
Research and stay up to date with new platforms and emerging trends or opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST be able to speak and write nearly NATIVE English.
Should have at least 3+ years of proven SM or online marketing experience.
Should have at least 1-2+ years of proven organizational/management experience.
Should be reliable and the type of person who leads by example.
No-nonsense leadership skills with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people in a positive and reinforcing manner.
Should be a creative, focused, aggressive, and goal-oriented worker.
.Strong knowledge of the various online marketing/SM platforms (opportunities), their trends, demographics, tendencies, and functions.
Should be able to understand the company’s client demographics and tendencies and assist in developing marketing strategies to target and maximize the return on our efforts.
Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) concepts is a PLUS.
Knowledge of backlinking strategies is a PLUS.
Knowledge of American culture, trends, politics, and sports is a PLUS.
Our “Marketing Director” should have the ability to work somewhat sliding shifts to be able to work with both shifts or on a mid-shift basis (such as 10 AM to 7 PM - we have 2 teams - shifts 6 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to midnight).
Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY.
