Process Accounts Payable Vouchers (APV), Check Vouchers (CV), Telegraphic Transfer &MCs (received, checked/analyzed, coordinate invoices/billings to suppliers and counterpart employees, seek all signatures for all checks & related documents) together with the BIR Form 2307 to all suppliers & licensors who applied/charged withholding taxes.
Monitors the filing of all APVs.
Responsible for check releasing. Ensure that OR is properly filled up by the vendor.
Month-end - provide list of outstanding and unreleased checks to accountants.
Processing of replenishment of petty cash of employees/petty cash custodian.
Processing/Payment of corporate credit cards. Ensure that payment is on time and no late charge penalty/interest.
Accounts Receivable - monitoring of collection and issuance of ORs to clients, update of AR tracker every week.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Must be amenable to report to the office in Makati City
