WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Research and analyze trends and online best practices
Develop and implement strategies that improve search results for The Virtual Hub and/or its clients
Innovate new methods to improve and maximize web traffic based on current Google Adwords PPC trends
Setup, Troubleshooting, and Reporting Google DCM Campaign
Understanding of rich media and video ad tags and troubleshooting
Ability to handle management and trafficking of event-level tags and wrapping existing DCM tags.
Experience in yield management and/or waterfall management
Ad Manager campaign IO’s setup experience in trafficking and tag troubleshooting
Impression forecasting, creative testing setup, and screenshots
Deal ID management
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
 
Candidates with...
...proven PPC experience
...a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
...in-depth experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics
...experience with Google Adwords or any other similar bid management and keyword research tools
...an understanding of tools such as Google Search Console
...experience with A/B and multivariate split testing
...knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
...a basic understanding of web development (you will NOT be asked to develop websites)
QUALIFICATIONS:
A college degree, preferably
At least 3 year's experience in a related field
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
A drive to constantly improve and learn
