May accomplish one or more of the following: Does respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using usual scripts and methods.
Gathers facts, researches/resolves queries and logs client calls.
Schedules work to guarantee correct phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and changes escalated calls to assure resolution to difficulties.
Job Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- High School / SHS Graduate
- Excellent to above average English communication skills.
