The compensation package is inclusive of incentives and allowances. The basic salary varies depending on your assessment.

Is urgently looking for:
 
Senior Training and Quality Manager
1year plus experience in a customer-facing role
Minimum 1 year people management experience
Must have background in designing training policies, programs and schedules based on training needs and processes
Ability to effectively communicate action plans to improve quality of process
Coordinates with Sykes Performance Management group such as Quality Assurance and Training Team for constant updates and offered training modules
With negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Evaluates & conducts interim and annual performance reviews
With excellent verbal and written communication skills
With exceptional listening and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
