【Job Description】
The responsibility of this position is to prepare all the documents needed for clients such as accounting or tax. Also, the tasks of supporting Japanese Sales Manager and managing the team members will be included.
 
- Manage the bookkeeping for client tasks out end-to-end accounting activities such as preparing accounting documentation, bank reconciliation process for monthly closing.
- Manage documentation for financial year audit for clients.
- Prepare cash book for the company and make all payment transaction for company's expenses, client's statutory and any others related to payment.
- Communicate / consult with the foreign company or local company directly.
- Support clients and liaise with government officer, bankers, secretary, auditor and tax agents.
- Prepare any submission documents related to tax.
- Report directly to the director and to HQ
- Other related works directed by Japanese Sales Manager
■MUST TO HAVE:
- Have certificate of CPA
■PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)
- Working experience in accounting or consulting firm
- Have other related accounting certificate (e.g. CFA, CMA, EA, CIA)
■Interview Procedure:
1st interview: Japanese Sales Manager
2nd Interview: Japanese Director
*1st will be carried out by F2F while 2nd will be carried out by online.
Monthly salary
Basic RM4-5,000 (can stretch up to RM7,000 if working experience)
