Work Location: Unit 2,3,4 & 6 # 573 V. Albaño St. Maguikay, Mandaue City Cebu, Philippines.

Job Summary:
 
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting project sites, maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting company products. Graduates of Civil Engineering are preferred, but applicants from other courses are also encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
 
Qualifications:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to do field work 
Can drive a motorcycle and with a valid driver's license
Graduate of Civil Engineering (preferred) or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome
Willing to learn and undergo sales training
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Dedicated and passionate about sales
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to clients, project sites, and potential customers
Promote and explain company products
Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Monitor customer requirements and provide timely feedback
Prepare and submit required reports and necessary documentation
Attend trade shows, conferences, and company events as required
Salary & Benefits:
Salary (Depending on experience) plus quota incentive
