CALL CENTER AGENT
 
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required. (Customer Service or Technical Support/Minimum of 6 months)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
Basic computer skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
