Must have an extensive knowledge in SEO, SEM, content writing/marketing, website, social media & email campaigns
A leader that is adaptable to any given situation and has creative problem-solving skills
Has natural curiosity and love for learning
Knows how to balance user interest with the scope and interest of the business
Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written English since you will be working closely with our Australian CEO, Marketing Manager & clients.
With analytical skills to oversee any digital marketing campaigns you are working on
Must be tenacious and persistent
Can multi-task
Must have great work ethics, great attitude & pleasing personality
2 or more years of experience in the digital marketing field is an advantage!

What are you expected to do (Job Responsibilities)
Manage digital marketing campaigns and will be working closely with our CEO and Marketing Manager
Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers
Manage client's social media accounts and these includes Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and Twitter, etc.
Manage client's CRM and email marketing campaigns.
Responsible for creating the website and graphic design with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Design and create website landing pages using Wordpress platform.
Responsible for implementing the website's custom functionalities using PHP or javascript frameworks.
Maintain client’s websites on Amazon server and Cloudflare.
Implement all the website security and page speed optimization.
Manage SEO for all websites using Semrush, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Google Search Console.
Manage Google and social media advertising for marketing.
Strive to maximize department revenue and meet or exceed individual and team targets.
Coach, train, develop and assist in career development at the individual and team level.
Regularly monitor individual productivity metrics.
Develop and monitor performance plans to include developing action plans based on daily, weekly and monthly analysis of all performance metrics.
Assist with hiring and workforce planning.
Continuously analyse and evaluate departmental productivity and identify opportunities for improvement of systems and processes.
Work to build a team environment with strong morale, positive energy, consultative and goal-oriented culture.
