ADMIN SUPPORT AND LOGISTICS STAFF
 
POSITION PURPOSE:
 
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the administrative department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization, including serving as a backup driver to ensure timely transportation and logistical support when needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs administrative and office support activities specifically for the administrative department.
Oversees the general ordering and maintenance of office inventory (i.e., supplies, equipment, etc.) in coordination with immediate superiors, including:
Office supply management
Monitoring inventory levels
Conducting price canvassing
Managing purchases
Handling requests for payment
Distributing supplies as needed
Manages administrative utilities, including monitoring usage and requesting payments, while maintaining a detailed file, which includes:
Maintenance of equipment such as air conditioners, copier machines, lights, etc.
Communication systems maintenance
Regular monitoring of utility usage
Supervises vehicle-related tasks, including monitoring vehicle conditions and conducting price canvassing for:
LTO renewal
Insurance matters
Repairs and maintenance
Addressing any other concerns that may arise regarding company vehicles.
Documentation and filing of records for the administrative department, including renewal permits (Business, Sanitary, Fire, etc.).
Oversight of company warehouse operations, including monitoring and inventory, maintenance, and addressing any other arising concerns.
Providing driving services:
Serving the CEO and department head/s with transportation needs.
Assisting other employees with transportation requirements in the absence of the main driver.
Providing transportation services to company visitors as necessary.
Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.
