Job Description:
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Staff member to support our supply chain and daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure timely delivery, accurate inventory management, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
 
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor shipments and deliveries
Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes)
Track inventory levels and update records
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse staff
Resolve delivery or supply issues efficiently
Maintain accurate logistics and inventory reports
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor's in Logistics or related field is a plus)
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain (preferred but not required)
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory systems)
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and time-management skills
