ACCOUNTING STAFF / COSTING IN-CHARGE
 
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting or any related field.
Experience with SAP Business 1 accounting software is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications like Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Preferably with experience in cost accounting and familiarity in international cuisine is an advantage
Must be articulate in English.

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for meal/menu costing. This includes encoding recipes, and updates prices to calcmenu/excel and ensuring the consistency of the menu specifications, components, recipes
etc. presented during the actual meal presentation to the menu that has been costed for pricing.
Responsible for the preparation of menu photos & its specifications to the clients, and the concerned department.
Coordinate with the Production Department and ensure that the final and agreed menu/ meal specification are strictly followed.
Responsible for providing any information to the concerned department any changes in menu/ menu prices, specifications, recipes, etc.
Responsible for actual Physical inventory count every end of the month.
Check billings for its accurateness computation, entries and prices.
Maintains and monitors the Petty Cash Fund and PEZA/BOC funds
Performs other work-related matters that the immediate superior may give from time to time.
