Responsibilities:
Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded.
Assist customers through phone calls, email and chat system.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by customers.
Will handle other duties/projects as assigned.
Provide excellent display of customer service..
Qualifications:
Candidate should have at least completed 2 yrs in college
Candidate must have at least 3-6 mos. experience as TSR or technical roles
Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have an average typing speed
Willing to start Asap
Willing to work in Pasig
