Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
With at least 3 years of relevant working experience in End to End Accounting Practices
Experience in supervision
Knowlegeable in SAP
Good to excellent communication skills
Willing to work in Paranaque
CAN START IMMEDIATELY
Job Description:
Maintain, check and update entries in SAP P12, accurately.
Close monthly/yearly book of accounts and generate monthly Trial Balance.
Primary responsible for the preparation of monthly:
Bank reconciliation statements
Intercompany Reconciliation
Various accounting schedules such as:
1. Inventories
2. Prepayments
3. Other current assets
4. Property and Equipment
5. Guaranty deposits
6. Trade Payables - local & foreign
7. Due to Related Parties
8. Other liabilities, accruals
d) Journal Entries
Prepare monthly cost/expense analytics.
Compute monthly Imputed Interest and prepare Journal Entries.
In-charge of Taxation
a) Accuracy of monthly or quarterly tax computation
b) Timely payment of tax and filing of returns together with supporting schedules.
c) Compliance with new BIR Issuances or regulations related to company's operations.
d) Attend to all Taxation issues and concerns.
e) Assist tax auditor during tax audit.
Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of Budget, Forecast and Mid Range Plan.
Assist External Auditor with year-end audit
Perform other related duties from time to time
