Video and Live Streamer Operator/Engineer We are seeking a Unified Collaboration Associate - UC Video and Live Steam to support and maintain the operation of several key audio and video communication and collaboration technologies. This position focuses on the production and execution of streaming live events and webinars across streaming platforms, but also includes support of standard UCC infrastructures operations. Specific Duties / Tasks (include, but not limited to): Manage the production and execution of live streaming events Provide post event metric reports and recordings Act as part of a larger team for producing large-scale live streaming events across the enterprise Execute a predetermined run-of-show while adjusting to real-time logistical changes that occur Communicate effectively with presenters and moderators Troubleshoot call quality issues (hardware and software) Collaborate with the engineering team to improve the platform, process, and associated services Requirements: Experience with enterprise collaboration tools (WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) Technical knowledge of broadcast equipment and best practices At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity. Some knowledge of broadcasting / transcoding tools (ReStream, OBS, etc.) Requires experience in managing enterprise monitoring solutions particularly SolarWinds and AppDynamics. Experience in other monitoring tools, a plus. Familiar with ITIL processes, primarily Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Change Management. ITILv3 foundation certification a plus. Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Ability to work well within a virtual team environment. Strong interpersonal communication skills, and fluent business English in both verbal and written form Willing to work in with multiple time zones
